Torquantis Forge

Forge reads the order book and looks for outcomes buyers pay materially more for than the cost of composing them from capabilities already trading on the exchange. In V0 it detects and recommends, nothing more: it does not spend, create supply, deploy code, or contact any external or paid service. Acting on a recommendation is a separate decision that is deliberately not automated.
